Support and training

Support and training

  • 1.1. Training to work on a torque converter repair line
  • 1.2. Training to work at the solenoid diagnostic stand
  • 1.3. Training to work at the valve body diagnostics stand

Training of specialists

If you are just starting to repair torque converters, or you have some uncertainty about the qualifications of your own employees, then we offer you to take a training course and learn how to work on KINERGO equipment according to the program developed by us. Training takes place in our workshop on the principle of “master-apprentice”, where you or your employees will repeatedly go through a full cycle of repairs of various torque converters using KINERGO equipment. Indeed, despite the fact that the designs of various torque converters have the same pattern, they also have different versions of parts and internal components. This is one of the things you can learn during the training.

1.1. Training to work on a torque converter repair line

DAY 1: GENERAL INTRODUCTION.

  1. 1. Acquaintance with the set of equipment. Purpose of each element, nuances in installation and connection to power supply and compressed air systems. Machine settings, operation and maintenance. Additional equipment, materials and tools.
  2. 2. Familiarization with the production process as a whole.
  3. 3. Determination of the list of the most common models for the formation of a mini-warehouse of spare parts for torque converters.

DAY 2: STEP-BY-STEP ACQUISITION WITH THE PROCESS OF RESTORATION OF TC.

  1. 1. Determination of external defects of the torque converter: by checking the body, mountings, pump hub.
  2. 2. Cutting on a lathe, the nuances when opening the torque converter. (Depends on the design, the thickness of the body, whether it has been repaired before).
  3. 3. Fault detection of internal components of the torque converter. (Destruction of bearings, bushings, seals, wear, overheating).

Day 3

  1. 1. Continuation of the study of possible problems arising in the torque converter. Analysis and conclusions on the reasons for their occurrence. THIS is always important for several reasons:
    • – competent analysis of the causal relationship between the operation and failure of the gearbox and the torque converter in the case of a conflict situation (Example: the automatic transmission was done poorly on the side, and the torque converter was done by you, and the torque converter is being called the reason for the automatic transmission incorrect operation)
    • – to know where the reasons are, and where the consequences are in case of failure of the torque converter
    • – if you have your own service, your employees just need to know about the condition of the units of the torque converter of the automatic transmission being repaired
    • – obligatory consultation of installers about the possible causes of breakdowns in order to prevent the failure of the torque converter due to poor-quality repair of the automatic transmission
  2. 2. Assembly of the torque converter. Nuances, possible problems for the most common models.
  3. 3. Welding of torque converters, control and accounting of output parameters

4 AND 5 DAYS

  1. 1. Direct inclusion of trainees in the process. Teamwork using KINERGO equipment.

1.2. Training to work at the solenoid diagnostic stand

The training program is compiled individually.

1.3. Training to work at the valve body diagnostics stand

The training program is compiled individually.

Certificate

After the successful completion of the training program, a special certificate from the KINERGO technical center is presented to your employees:
