The design of this machine uses the property of infrared heat radiation to penetrate deep into ferrous metals, thereby avoiding the problem of uneven heat transfer when thermal energy is transferred by contact. This process depends on the uniformity of the pressure and the plane of contact.
Uniform heating and a hinged clamping scheme in the device ensure reliable and high-quality adhesion of the friction material, which is one of the key factors in the repair of torque converters.
To regulate the intensity of heating, the time and temperature at which the best conditions for the setting and polymerization of the glue will be provided, use the buttons on the control panel.

The bonding process takes 5 to 10 minutes and includes:

• selection of an adapter of the required size for pressing the friction lining to the glued plane;
• installation on a heating element;
• clamping by means of a pneumatic cylinder;
• setting the heating duration using timer 1 (or control using a meter-regulator with a digital temperature indicator).
