Consent to the processing of personal data

I give my consent to Kinergo CJSC, hereinafter referred to as the “Organization,” to the processing of my following personal data: identification number, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, residence and temporary registration information, telephone number, email address, and bank details.

Purposes of processing: completing transactions, delivering ordered goods, maintaining a customer database, sending correspondence and/or goods, obtaining audit services, obtaining banking services, acquiring services, obtaining hosting services, end-to-end analytics services, and loyalty program services, promoting goods and services, obtaining travel, hotel, visa services, and booking and/or selling transportation tickets.

For the stated purposes, I consent to the following actions with my personal data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, distribution (provision), and deletion.

In particular, I consent to the distribution (provision) of my personal data:

to telecom operators and transport companies (for sending correspondence and/or goods);
to organizations and sole proprietors providing audit services;
to banks and organizations providing acquiring services and other services related to the need to process payments;
to organizations providing hosting services, end-to-end analytics services, and loyalty program services;
to organizations providing hotel services, booking and/or sales of transport tickets, visa centers, and other organizations providing visa support or travel services;
I also consent to receive promotional mailings regarding the products sold by the Organization and/or events related to the promotion of the products sold by the Organization. My personal data may be processed using both automated and non-automated methods

My consent to the processing of my personal data is valid indefinitely from the date of its signing.

I have been informed of my rights related to the processing of my personal data, the mechanism for exercising such rights, and the consequences of my consent or refusal to consent.

In particular, I am aware that I have the right to:

revoke my consent to the processing of my personal data and to receive marketing communications at any time by submitting a written request;
receive information regarding the processing of my personal data;
request changes to my personal data if my personal data is outdated or inaccurate;
receive information about the provision of my personal data to third parties once per calendar year free of charge, unless otherwise provided by law;
request the free termination of the processing of my personal data, including its deletion, if there are no grounds for processing my personal data stipulated by law;
appeal the actions/inactions and decisions of the personal data operator that violate my rights when processing my personal data to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects in the manner established by the legislation on appeals from citizens and legal entities.
