Our specialists have developed a special training program using KINERGO® torque converter repair equipment. We are taking into account many years experience, feedback from our customers and the specific of the field.
Theoretical part:
Practical part (optional):
Working with equipment: you will learn each piece of equipment, its purpose, installation and connection features. We will also familiarise you with machine settings, operation and maintenance, as well as additional tooling, materials and tools needed to rebuild torque converters.
Step-by-step introduction to the process of torque converter rebuilding: you will learn how to identify defects in torque converters, the nuances of cutting a torque converter on a lathe, the technology of rebuilding friction discs, the nuances of welding torque converter and much more.
Analysis: we will tell you about common failures occurring in the torque converter and teach you how to analyse the reasons for their occurrence.
Practice: in the final stages of the course you will be able to directly apply the knowledge gained and go through the entire torque converter repair cycle on your own, under the supervision of our specialist.
We recommend that you take your training at our training centre, where you or your employees will learn the complete repair cycle of various torque converter models repeatedly using KINERGO equipment.
If you are unable to come to our training centre, you can complete the training online.
