The principle of operation is based on thermal radiation transfer through physical contact. The radiation source is a heating element.
Uniform heating and a hinged clamping scheme in the device ensure reliable and high-quality adhesion of the friction material, which is one of the key factors in the repair of torque converters. The pneumatic part of the device is made of elements and assemblies from a world-renowned manufacturer.

To regulate the intensity of heating, the time and temperature at which the best conditions for the setting and polymerization of the glue will be provided, follow the buttons on the control panel.

The bonding process takes 5 to 10 minutes and includes:

• selection of an adapter of the required size for pressing the friction lining to the glued plane;
• installation on a heating element;
• clamping by means of a pneumatic cylinder;
• setting the heating duration using timer 1 (or control using a meter-regulator with a digital temperature indicator).

For operation, use adapters NF 08.001 (not included in the delivery set).
