Taking into account the peculiarities of welding two halves of the torque converter with one torch, a special algorithm for preliminary point fixing of parts is programmatically embedded in the device, which prevents one-sided misalignment arising from the stresses of the welded joint.

The machine is equipped with a built-in 3-axis bracket that allows you to fix the position of the welding torch with a single clamp. The SV 10.004 has an automatic control of the working height, as well as an automatic stop of the stem when lowering. In addition, there are additional redundant process control elements on the machine body.

The automatic machine also allows you to replace the hub of the pump wheel cover of the TC
