SV 50.001 is equipped with two collet cartridges and two welding torches with automatic supply to the body of the torque converter to be welded. Due to the full automation of the process and the use of two burners, the welding cycle is no more than 1.5 minutes. High-precision executive mechanics ensures compliance with specified tolerances for axial runout.
The ability to write parameters for each type of torque converter to the machine’s memory and use an individual program (up to 60) automates production and increases efficiency.
A large touch screen and remote control allow you to make all service settings and provide full control over every operation performed by the machine.
